Do you want an Alpha male or is a Beta male more up your street?

Which one do you prefer?

Although every guy is unique! They will always fall within a bracket of behaviors and traits, mostly fitting in a general broad category of alpha or beta males. 

The alpha is the confident and charming leader while the beta is the passive guy who is often frustrated with the lack of success he has in his Career and romantic  relationships.

The Beta isn't assertive. They get taken advantage of and will never experience the benefits that come from being an assertive male. Always having trouble standing up for  themselves. Saying 'no' Is  most defiantly a problem for them. Beta males are very much a people pleasers. 

Most beta males are passive-aggressive. They take insults or criticism with no fight. They will tell a woman everything is “fine” when it is not, or let their boss mistreat them at work, but when they get alone, things change. The passivity takes its toll. Emotions well up and create problems. With usually causes problems in his family life. 

This is the dark side of beta male!

Beta males are usually the followers of society. They’re definitely not the top dogs! 

While alpha males typically pathe their own paths and create trends, beta males are those who follow in alpha footsteps. 

I know many guy who only uses his Facebook page to promote others: musical artists, sports teams. If you use most of your spare time to support someone else, such as always promoting a sports team, musical group, etc, then you are good beta male. The persons you’re promoting (such as an artist or football players) are the alphas!

Beta males are usually not the guys getting a bunch of women. Generally speaking, beta males act like women, which is why women often treat beta males like other women: “friend-zoning” them, expecting them to listen to all their problems, etc., but never actually dating them.

Beta males usually don’t understand the rules of the game. They overly compliment women, befriend them in the hopes of “more,” attempt to buy their love through gifts, etc. Then, they typically whine that women “only want jerks” or that women don’t like nice guys (meaning them of course).

On the other hand we all know that alpha males are very attractive to women. They are like the leader of an animal pack where the females love and respect. An alpha male is the leader that the others follow. Being the guy who seems to be leading the pack, the hunter, the ever-reliable strong role model. 

Are all men that claim to be alpha males really just that? 

Ermmmm........

Not the ones I've come across thats for sure, realistically I've found that self proclaiming Alpha males make their own definition of the word and rolls with it.

Usually these guys are very selfish, stubborn males that really need to do careful research on what an actual alpha male is.

The attraction in being an alpha male lies in the power seemingly possessed by one. 

It's not really just about the money but the strength in character and the ability to be respected by his peers

A woman defines an alpha male as someone who is vocal about what he wants and who does everything to get it. 

An Alpha male is not just cocky out loud, but more so knows how to get what he wants and the means he has to go to get it.

This does not mean he has to be out right mean but he is aware of his womans needs and through study of body laugage and careful observtion he knows what to do without hurting anyones feelings.

Alphas are known to be the peacemakers and the ones responsible for stopping fights, there strength comes with understanding and love. 

These men are usually humble men who have leadership abilities!

Alpha males are so sure of themselves but not to point of being arrogant and rude. 

They have high self esteem, believing that they have the power to do anything they want and can achieve their dreams. 

They know they have something special but do not boast nor talk about their strength.

Men and women are equal. But they are not the same.

'Women are biologically programmed to respond to males who can protect them and their young. Just as men are biologically programmed to respond to females who seem likely to be good mothers.'

This blog should give you a good idea of the most common Beta male traits and characteristics. However if the Alpha traits describe you or your partner then there is still hope!
